We have identified the issue to be related to a Distributed DoS attack affecting multiple pods. We are working with our datacenter and network provider to resolved the issue. Most Installs should should gradually be regaining access. We are setting up additional measures to mitigate similar attacks.

We have resolved the issue impacting servers and all operations have resumed normally.

We have identified the issue to be related to our storage provider infrastructure. A storage maintenance and restore session is in progress.

We have resolved the issue impacting servers and all operations have resumed normally.

We have scheduled an 11pm EST server to do maintenance in order to reduce impact on EST customers and will be closely monitoring the servers until then.

Nov 02, 2015 - Connectivity Issues in East Coast Datacenter

Our North Eastern data center is having major network connectivity issues due to severed fiber optic links in the NYC / Newark area. The Emergency Response team, data center engineers and cabling operators are already on site repairing the damage. Some customers might continue to see intermittent issues while the problem clears out and traffic is restored. We will provide another update shortly. We do not have a clear ETA, but we expect to all links to be back up within an additional 1 to 2 hours. Additional redundancy is being installed so that we do not face this issue in the future.
